Orders
An order is confirmed when we confirm it by phone or email and receive payment. Prices are in AUD and include GST.
Substitutions
Flowers are natural and seasonal. We may substitute stems of equal or higher value and similar colour.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the time you choose. We are not liable for delays from incorrect addresses or an unavailable recipient.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancel before we start arranging for a full refund. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund them. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
